Search  >  Book  >  Learn. All payments are via credit card/debit card only to avoid any dispute and to enable the Students/Parents under the coverage of 100% fit-guarantee service.

How does the Tutor get paid?
Every booking is base on minimum 6 (six) hours (or onward) lesson with minimum 1 (one) month session schedule. Student/parent will need  to make an advance payment of 20% as confirmation hiring of the tutor. Student/parent will pay the balance session fee at the end of the session assignment directly to the tutor. Subsequent payments (if any) shall be paid directly to the tutor.

What is the booking fees of 20%?
It is free platform for students/parents to find  our qualified private tutors. The advance payment of 20% is to secures the lesson contract for both parties understand the commitment. Advance payment of 20% is base on total amount of first session booking (minimum 6 (six) hours (or onward) lesson with minimum 1 (one) month session schedule).

What is Caritutor.my service fees?
Caritutor.my platform  we creating for “Free of charge” for students/parents to find our qualified private tutors 24 x 7. To confirm & secures the contract booking, students/parents need to make an advance payment of 20% base on total amount of first session booking (minimum 6 (six) hours (or onward) lesson with minimum 1 (one) month session schedule). The remaining balance session fee will pay directly to the tutor at the end of the session. Subsequent payments (if any) shall be paid directly to the tutor.

 

Payment of the “Best Deals” such as Lessons, Classes or Activities will be deducted 20% one-time off from the total of amount offers. The balance fee will be reimbursed to Partners account upon successful booking payment.

Can I re-schedule a session with a Tutor?
Students can either request an on-demand session with any available tutor, or schedule an appointment with a specific tutor. To re-schedule an appointment session (at least 48 hours in advance), sign into your account and send a message request to #CaritutorTeam or email at enquiry@caritutor.my
