Abuse is defined as using personal information for any purpose other than those for the conduct of the lesson assignment which is agreed upon by both parties. Net Caritutor Online (Caritutor.my) shall not be held liable for any breach as Students/Parents or Tutors' actions are not under the jurisdiction of Net Caritutor Online (Caritutor.my)

Net Caritutor Online (Caritutor.my) is designed to allow tutors and students/parents to share information with one another in order to facilitate the arrangement of lesson assignments. Listings posted by tutors, ratings and review of tutors and students / parents, and the profile information of tutors and students/parents are, as far as you allow it, visible to any visitor to the site.

When you register to our site and submit your personal information to create a profile page, other users will see some of the information you provided. We recommend that you guard your sensitive information and we encourage users to carefully review what information they choose to disclose about themselves in the Site. You can review and revise your profile information at any time.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties:

In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;
